Payments are risk free and stress free at the SPACE eStore. We offer Cash on Delivery, so no advance payment is required. Customers can pay the invoice amount at their home or office doorstep once the order has been delivered.
No advance payment is required for Cash on Delivery orders.
SPACE eStore provides nationwide shipping to your home or office. Delivery normally takes 4 to 5 working days after order confirmation, depending on the destination city.
Unexpected delays may occur. A Tracking ID is sent by email or SMS once the parcel has shipped so customers can follow its progress.
Delivery time starts after the customer has confirmed the order.
SPACE eStore offers a 7-Day Checking Warranty on all SPACE products. If a customer receives a damaged product, SPACE will arrange an exchange and bear the related delivery costs.
If a product is not damaged but is simply no longer desired, the customer will bear the delivery charges. The exchange may be for the same product or another product from the website. Cash returns are not available.
Damaged products must be reported within the 7-day checking period.
SPACE products are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for 1 year except (Handsfree, Cables & Wired Headphones category)
, depending on the product. Please check the relevant product page for the exact warranty duration.
Warranty claims may be initiated through the online support team, the store where the product was purchased or any nationwide SPACE Customer Care & Display Center.
If an order has been confirmed but has not yet shipped, contact SPACE and the order can be cancelled. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
Contact support as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order.
